During this time Jakub worked alongside Vito Mollica at Allegro Restaurant, Four Seasons hotel Prague, Bernhard Mayer at Lanes Restaurant, Four Seasons hotel London and Daniele Galmiche at The Vineyard Restaurant in Newbury and many more..

      Jakub has been sharing his culinary passion with people from all over the world. Recently joining the Watermark group , providing the new-style Italian and International cuisine for Bangkok's metropolis at La Villa Restaurant.
